God Hates Fags and Canada Hates Phelps
Our old buddy Fred Phelps and his inbred Westboro Baptist Church congregation seem to be up to their old tricks again.
This time the family business attempted to travel to Canada but were turned away when the pickup truck they arrived at the border in was covered with their usual form of hate speech. Phelps’ clan got creative in their subversive activity, shipping their paraphernalia to Canada by courier and driving through without a problem.
Why are they in Canada you might ask?
You may recall the recent decapitation of a man on a Greyhound bus earlier in the week. No, the guy wasn’t gay to the best of my knowledge. In fact, the sexual identity of the deceased has nothing whatsoever to do with the media-whoring Phelps and his clan this go round. Instead, they are there to picket the funeral of the murder victim.
WTF? Exactly.
According to 365Gay.com, the group will protest Tim McLean’s funeral as a way to show Canadians that his murder was God’s way of telling the country that their liberal policies regarding homosexuality was a sin and that now apparently, God Hates Canadians too.
Please, don’t try to tax yourself with the rationale behind this group’s way of thinking because many more intelligent men and women have tried and all have failed. There is no rationale. Fred Phelps is insane, plain and simple. He is a back woods hillbilly of a poodle f*cker who can’t do anything else with his life.
I’ve met the man face to face and watched him spit in the faces of people I love. If his god promotes such asinine and outlandishly demonic behavior, he isn’t any god I want to be affiliated with.

I must say the beauty about Phelps is how he’s united queer and straight against him. I applaud the efforts of veteran biker gangs and queer activists who’ve banded together into self-styled security forces keeping Phelps and co away from a number of funerals.
